Magic of Prague

Prague is a wonderful city, so magical, mystical and nostalgic. We, me and my hubby, went over to Czech for a 3 day trip, alhamdulillah we had such a wonderful time. I just wanted to show you some of my impressions - I really felt in love with this place, the architecture of the old buildings, the little shops and charming little restaurants, the impressing castle and bridges. Generally I got a weakness for big, old bridges and streams.

I would deffo recommend you a trip to Prague , if you are planning to go over there you should try to do it this year. It's a pity, but 2014 Czech will change their currency (CZ Kronen) to Euro - what means that everything will get much more expensive. I love czech money, it's super cheap - shopping, restaurants nearly everything is CHEAP !

As is usually the case when we do a trip, I'm the one speaking (English) - no matter if in the hotel / ordering our dinner / paying in a shop / asking how to get somewhere and so on - my hubby speaks 3 languages but just a few words English ... but suddenly in Prague everything was contrary, hardly anyone spoke English, older people were able to speak a little German but nearly everyone spoke Russian. Lucky me, my hubbys mother tongue is Russian ... otherwise I would have had some troubles with understanding ^^ haha

ATTENTION - never ever drive with a taxi of a taxi stand! You should better arrange the hotel taxi! Taxis in prague are real gangsters ^^ You should be aware of them! Most tourists don't have a clue and pay prices that are about three to six times higher than they should be! (If this happens to you demand for a bill, note the taxi number and go to the police!)

Good morning Prague! The beautiful Vltava (for German speaking ppl better known as Moldau)

In the train ... on our way! Saw a lot of beautiful little villages / cities and landscape...

Memories of Venice ...

Salam alajkum beautiful ladies!
I promised you to show you some more of  Venice ... my memories, my impressions ...
Venice is a part of my childhood and my past I have been there several times - time flies, but coming back to Venice it seems like not a single second passed by since I left the last time!

loads of tourists runnin' around, on the streets in front of noble restaurants - waiters in dinner jackets tryin to convince people who pass them with an amazing menu, stunning atmosphere, impressive buildings, the charme of the italian people, my nostalgic memories, smell of the sea - of delicious pizza - of a fish market, clothes line with fresh laundry hangin in front of the windows, fresh panini and cappuccino, thousands of bridges - ships and gondolas, green-white-red flags ....

she was such a beautiful bride ...

famous Rialto Bridge!
